We treat every vacuum model like a crime scene. We look for the evidence that manufacturers try to hide.
The Manual Deep Dive
We read the entire 50-page technical manual so you don't have to. We look for the fine print that says "Warranty void if used on carpet" (yes, that exists).
We find the maintenance schedules that require you to wash filters every 24 hours. We find the truth buried in the legal text.

We ignore the 5-star reviews. They are often bought or written by people who have owned the vacuum for 4 hours.
We go straight to the 1-star reviews. We analyze thousands of them to find patterns. If 500 people say the wheel falls off after 3 months, the wheel falls off after 3 months.
That's not an anecdote; that's data.
The Spare Parts Check
We try to buy a replacement belt, filter, and brush roll for every vacuum we rate. If we can't find them in 5 minutes, the vacuum gets a 0 for reliability.
